The Lanterna Way
Students seek both better grades and confidence in their knowledge. From the experience of teaching thousands of students for the last 8 years, we found three obstacles for obtaining better grades and confidence as well as how to overcome them.
We call it The Lanterna Way.
Knowledge Gap
Knowing what is relevant for you and understanding how to acquire this material are the two most important aspects to preventing gaps in your knowledge. At Lanterna, we work with close reference to the syllabus to cover all the aspects needed with extensive information – all of it relevant to your exams.
Problem of Remembering
We don’t need to tell you that if you can’t remember what you need to for the exams, the standard of your answers will be lower than it should be. Our tutors tackle this problem by first structuring information to make it easier to take in and then repeating all the information you need. They also include helpful tips and tricks to help you retain the material.
Application problem
Depending on how you apply it, you can use the same amount of knowledge to score a four or a seven in an exam question: closing the gap between having and using knowledge is vital for higher marks. First of all, we make sure that you understand the question you are answering, and then help you answer correctly by providing the relevant structure and knowledge.
