At Lanterna we pride ourselves in being a continuous part of the IB community, where we came from. Giving back to the community is something we strive for and our IB scholarships are one of our most important ways of doing so.
Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) represents an integral part of the IB Diploma Programme and successful completion will serve both as a testament of a student’s interest in life outside the academic world and as merit that will be of great use in one’s post-IB life.
What characterises outstanding CAS experiences is that they engage and develop the student partaking in them. They can be a valuable community service, challenging physical activities or artistic pursuits.
3 students will receive a scholarship to attend one Mid-IB Summer Course (one subject) of their choice at our Course in either Sweden or the UK. The scholarship covers the full cost of one summer course (and cannot be exchanged for a cash reward and the offered location cannot be changed). The summer courses are full board.
1 scholarship will reward Creativity, 1 scholarship will reward Activity and 1 scholarship will reward Service.
